Anna-Luisa Ballauf
Founder & Photographer
Anna-Luisa Ballauf is a documentary photographer and cultural storyteller whose work moves between documentary, portraiture, and cultural production.
With a background in sociology, cultural studies, and a master’s degree focused on international conflict and society, she has spent years exploring how identity, culture, and power shape human stories.
Before founding WeAreEvents, she worked (and is till working) on international productions across Europe, Africa, and Asia – from film sets and music environments to remote communities in places like Bhutan.
Today her work connects photography, cultural installations, and documentary storytelling, creating spaces where people, artists, and brands meet in moments of genuine human connection.

Eric Mass
CFO & Financial Advisor
Eric is bringing over a decade of experience in financial services and M&A advisory. He served as CFO across biotech, software, and consumer goods companies and held senior risk management and governance roles, and he holds an MBA with Distinction from Oxford Saïd Business School.
Santiago Jaramillo
Operational Project Manager
Santiago brings the numbers and structures to life. With a background in art history and project management, he ensures that bold artistic ideas become sustainable ventures. He oversees budgets, timelines, and partnerships with a sharp eye for detail and long-term growth.
