Founder & Photographer​
A portrait and documentary photographer with a background in sociology and law, Anna-Luisa has a passion for capturing culture, presence and identity. She transforms cultural narratives into visual experiences and ensures every project has a strong artistic heartbeat.
From her work as offical cultural ambassador for Bhutan to the fashion industry in Paris.

Waters
Co-Founder and Partnership relations
With deep experience in

partnerships, Renée builds

Eric Mass

Eric is bringing over a decade of experience in financial services and M&A advisory. He served as CFO across biotech, software, and consumer goods companies and held senior risk management and governance roles, and he holds an MBA with Distinction from Oxford Saïd Business School.
Santiago Jaramill
Operational Project Manager
Santiago brings the numbers and structures to life. With a background in art history and project management, he ensures that bold artistic ideas become sustainable ventures. He oversees budgets, timelines, and partnerships with a sharp eye for detail and long-term growth.
